Assalamualaikum, it's 11th October today! Guess what? Today is special day to one of my bffl group, Najwa Nabila ! YEAY!! Congrats, u're now 16 years old, adik cantik wawa :)
Huhuhuhu... Ni lah gambar bffl I ;) Nak kenal mana satu wawa haa dia yang pakai tudung warna turqoise. Cantik kan? Hahahahah (ski puji). Bffl semua cecantik (lol for me) nanti ada masa nanti I update semua gambar ahli bffl (mana tau ada yang tersangkut nanti :P)
I ni memang jenis tak reti nak tulis panjang-ii sbb ye ah 'hambar' person (its the truth). Sorry kalau blog I tak lawa macam blog lain sbb I still new with this thing and I need someone to guide me. Kalau ada yg sudi ajar huhuhu pls leave ur comment or kasi tahu kt cbox je orite gais!

Waw! Harini hari yg sangat happy and so exciting for me sbb em ya lah kan harini 10 Oktober seluruh Malaysia bz dgn aktiviti sukan & senamrobik yg diadakan di negeri masing-ii. As we all Malaysian have known that semua pelajar sekolah/masyakarat yg sertai aktiviti pada hari sukan negara will get a certificate (for those yg hadir je lah kan) yg tak hadir tu siapa suruh? Hahahahahahaaa... Ok, nvm. In my school kitorang just buat semua tu kat padang sekolah je. Akiviti yg kitorang buat pun tak banyak macam sekolah-ii lain sbb 'sekolah ganti' kan. Hmm so we just did the senamrobik & other games, such as soccer game between under 14 and under 16. Budak-ii lain like form 3, 5, 6 just belajar je dlm kelas... Hhahahahahaha pity them!
Besides, what I'm going to say abt this event memang sgt beri kesan kpd rakyat Malaysia sendiri bcause event yg mcm ni dapat eratkan lagi hubungan kita, tingkatkan semangat bersukan, badan pun nnt jadi lebih sihat and etc. So, I wish and hopefully that we're Malaysian will continue by doing ourselves some practices or acitivites like I've had being mentioned just now (senamrobik, bola sepak, bola baling, futsal, berlari & etc.) Memang berharap sangat dgn event yg telah dianjurkan will affects ourselves with sport.
Thus, we have to be healthiest person by taking good care of our food according to the food pyramid. This is bcause eating food perfunctory will cause our body having bad infection. We're might not to sleep & stay long in the hospital right. My advise to all Malaysian (including myself) we have to follow the food pyramid, keep on doing the excercise, & pls go for a chech out earlier bfore we get known the bad result soon.
